Sultan Jumataev “GEO” is a Kyrgyz graphic designer who immigrated to Canada with his family at a young age. There, he pursued his passion for digital drawing and studied graphic design at UFV. During COVID-19, the artist embarked on a journey through South America and Europe, eventually returning to his homeland Kyrgyzstan. Previously specialized in hand lettering, he then worked as a freelance motion and typography designer enhancing various brands during his travels. After a year of traveling, he returned to Canada, invigorated and ready to continue his career in a new direction. GEO has been working closely with the Berlin team for quite some time and has collaborated with Berlin graphic designer Oliva Rynkiewicz to create the logo for Berlin Bishkek Art Weeks.
